In the beginning, when Daniel first started his removal business it was called Noor Removals. Although he started with another web developer to create his business, the developer reached out to me to help design his logo and the branding identity. After carefully collaborating with the developer and Daniel we manage to come up with a logo which Daniel was really pleased with.

Following completing the logo Daniel personally requested that I should design his business cards too, to which we collaborated and finalised, And at the end, when we finished he was happy for me to print it for them.
After a year, Daniel called a meeting to discuss the issues he was facing and asked me what can he do to help grow his business. The first thing I helped him to do was change the name of the company as the word Noor was ins not a word in the English dictionary and would become difficult for some people to remember or spell the word when searching for it. Also Because the word Noor sounds foreign, many people in the UK will be hesitant to trust the company. Hence we come up with NR Delivers which stood for Noor Removals & Delivers. We added deliveries because Daniel wanted to broaden his business and to add small deliveries to his service.
Following our meeting, Daniel also asked me to rebrand his entire business including creating a new logo and a website with a backend which his admin to can manage from. The first thing we started on was the logo for NRD.
- I wanted this logo to be clean and less distractive,
- i wanted it to stand out and attractive to the eyes.
- I wanted it to be in line with other delivery companies
- I wanted it to easier to recognised and to remember.

In the end, when the designing of the logo was complete, we purchased the domain name nrdeliveris.co.uk and nrd.co.uk was not available and started on the website. I designed the new theme according to the new logo and then pressed on to the development of the website. Whilst I was constructing the website Daniel on the other hand work on the content of the website. We finished, launched the website with then started on the business cards and slowly transitioned all the assest to match the new branding.

Over time we implemented the website and I was asked to create a CRM system as well as to create a quotation form which customers can complete and submit the data to the CRM.
Although creating the quotation form was very complex due to the long list of items that have to be listed on the form, the way it worked was very easy and simple to use it. We designed in a way that the customer did less writing and just ticked boxes saving them more time when filling out the form. This worked well and even helped the admin to use it whiles on the phone to take customers orders without the need to using paper.
We also created the CRM so that send quotation price was a breeze. simply see the new orders request and the price and press save and send a quote. This automatically sends the quoted email to the customer asking them to take action by making a down payment on the website if they are happy with the quote.
As time went on, Daniel and I worked closely to improve NR Delivers to grow, including designing the removal and delivery vans, emails signatures, and so on.
Working with NRD was brilliant, Daniel was very thoughtful and inspiring. He was very ambitious and always very best of what he can get. He worked hard to grow his business and took every step very seriously in a very calm professional manner. He knows what he wants and was always willing to pay any price to get it. I learned a great amount from him and he has inspired me to strive even harder for my dreams and not to be afraid to push yourself as long as God is in your side.
